Very kind and warm staff

We stayed there 1 night to leave Paris in early morning flight. We told that this trip is honeymoon for us via booking before. The staff welcomed by their cute and warm style. We felt so happy. Then we wanted to express our gratitude somehow. The staff didn’t receive tip. and she said it’s normal behaivior with warm smile. All are nice and had good time. we appreciate them and want to say ‘merci’ again.

Day one: The room was okay and what you would expect. However, the floor felt like it needed a hoover and the sanitary towel disposable bags looked like they had never been used and has orangey/brown stains on them… right next to the toilet. *ew* Day two: We were told everywhere was going to be pretty much closed as it was New Year’s day, so we stayed at the hotel and watched a couple of movies. Clearly the family in the room beside us did this too, and we could hear pretty much everything they did. At around 4/5pm the cleaner came into our room, without knocking and completely disregarded the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign we had hanging on the door handle outside. It didn’t bother us too much, this time. Day three: We went out to explore, so we put the please come in sign on the door and left. Upon our return, we found the room cleaned, the floor was hoovered, the bed was made, and new towels in the bathroom. Just as I was about to hop into the shower, I noticed my face wash and body wash I bought from home was nowhere to be found. I looked through the rest of my items and found that my beauty blender was also gone. So I had a shower used their soap, which caused a small rash on my left arm. Annoyed at 11pm, panda-eyed I went downstairs to ask what had happened to my items. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t speak much English, but said he would leave a message and said to please come back in the morning. I had learnt my lesson from the previous day, so this time I locked the door before going to bed. Funnily enough, this is when I was we were also missing our do not disturb sign from the door. Day four: We woke up late and had a lay in. At 11am we heard someone quite aggressively try get into our room, thank god I locked it. We thought they’d get the hint but then they started banging our door. “Hello?” I said and they answered whilst still trying get into our room saying “clean” I said “no thanks” and they finally left. After we got dressed we went downstairs to speak with the receptionist, annoyingly there was no message left and the receptionist had no idea what we were talking about. I explained the problem again and said we wanted to go out for the day, she said that’s fine and she would leave us a message at reception or a note in our room after she had looked into it. When we returned the a different receptionist said the previous receptionist had left a note for us in our room. We had one night’s stay reimbursed, and we were offered a free breakfast, which we didn’t really appeal to us.

Low budget, dont pay to much

If you are looking for a cheap room in this area this should work. Beds are ok, shower is ok, but overall ver old looking and not super clean. If the price is low, then its ok. Breakfast is very basic but has all you need

Convenient hotel very close to Paris Orly Airport. Reachable with the shuttle also serving other Accor hotels nearby. Hotel provides also food - besides breakfasts also lunch and dinner and a bar. The rooms are with the usual space and equipment. Reasonable price for an airport hotel.

A nice and calm hotel. I stayed for a single night to be close to the airport. It is at 10 minutes drive from the airport. It has all what we expect from an IBIS. However, a Very HIGH price regarding the value. I paid the price for the previous days in a Novotel 20 KMs away from this IBIS
