Wedding party in Gent and decided to stay overnight and have a lovely Sunday in Gent, very well located in the city center, close to everything, personnel very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is ideally located in the city centre, within walking distance of several tourist attractions. Public transportation (tram and bus) is a less than a 3 minute walk away. The hotel room was very clean and had comfortable beds. The airconditioning could have been a little cooler but other than that everything was amazing.

A pleasant hotel near the old centre of Ghent with a nice courtyard to sit in. There is also a small swimming pool. On check in we were given maps of Ghent although the tram services did not seem to run according to the maps. The room was comfortable with a kettle, fridge and sofa to sit on. The walk in shower had a step down so I had to be careful coming out of the shower. The cleaning staff did not always change the towels or replace them with the same number of towels, which I found a bit annoying. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food.

Hotel was very nice, convenient for town, staff very helpful. But when you book, it advertises that there is a car park - which is true, but what they don’t mention is that it’s tiny and you have to book it far in advance to get a space. The nearest convenient car park is a 5 minute walk away - that should be made clear on the website.
