A one night stay with a coach tour. Very nice hotel, lovely and clean and the breakfast was delicious, especially the thick and creamy yogurt for the fruit. Easy to walk where I wanted to go, shopping centre 5 mins away. Looking forward to coming back in October with the same company.

We arrived at around 17:15 but the room was not ready yet and took another 45 minutes to be prepared. Almost no status recognition (Platinum) as usual in France.

This hotel is situated in a very ideal place and has lovely views over the city. The hospitality of the staff was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Very clean and re-cleaned every day. Car park outside which is ideal. Room facilities need more attention though; no wardrobe, hanging space and double room very small. For a 4 star, the quality of the rooms does need to improve.

We stayed as a group of 6 and all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pretty much everything was fabulous, all helped by attentive and helpful staff. Reasonably priced, spotlessly clean and perfectly located for the centre of Lille. The only downs we would have are the standard rooms are a little snug (but we managed fine), and the toaster that was out on Sunday morning was not there on the Monday when I really fancied a toasted pancake. But, it they are the only bad things to say then it shows how great the hotel is.
