Booked a junior suite for 3 nights. Room is spacious, but from a suite one would expect sea view, not parking and highway view. Bed is comfortable, the room has 2 TVs and air conditioning, it's very silent, minibar is included in the basic fee (water, beer, coke, juices, chocolate, nuts, pringles, refilled daily). Wardrobe could have been bigger and with more hangers. Great multi functional shower. great breakfast choice and long timings. Pool and sauna were opened and they look nice but we did not use them. Pool is just 1 m deep. The room despite being a jr suite suffers some trivial but annoying design mistakes. the minibar door and its closet door open in opposite directions, the wardrobe has so high shelves that the staff had to give us a ladder to be able to use them all (not everyone is 2 m tall). the bathroom door is also not optimally designed, too big for the depth of the bathroom: a sliding door would have been much more appropriate. and a small technical defect was not repaired during our stay at all. Reception staff is friendly and helpful, they deserve a big shout out! they also gave us for free 2 extra water bottles (hot days). The same can't be said about the service staff at breakfast and other waiters. the first night we were looking around discovering the breakfast area and one waiter asked us what we were doing and what we wanted with a very unfriendly tone as if we were doing something forbidden. it was unpleasant. the chief service lady at breakfast is also not really friendly, she does her job by the book, but is always nervous and agitated, she has no idea about how make a guest feel welcome, indeed you get the feeling she thinks you're dumb and don't know what you are doing. once the tea water container was empty, i asked her for help and she raised in no time the cover of the container, hot water drops of course fell and burned my hand. an expert waiter would react in a more calm way and asking to set the hand away first. another time i was preparing a "personal recipe" and she kept asking me what i was doing, like "why are you not preparing your food according to the standard procedure I learnt at school?". it was annoying and inappropriate, especially for the tone used. that said, she's helpful, in her own way. scrambled eggs are totally recommended (to be ordered for free at this lady), and salmon in the morning is just delicious. Overall we're happy and we would definitely consider again this hotel, but from a "grand hotel" and a junior suite some improvement would be highly welcome.

Friendly staff, very accommodating. We had a junior sweet which gave out daughter privacy in her own sleeping area. Shower and bath with two toilet facilities. The free mini bar was enjoyed. There is a small pool in the hotel which we had fun in. The breakfast was very good. We cannot complain! The rooms are very nice with big comfy beds. Would recommend. Also, the hotel is centrally located. Just perfect.
