Very bad experience

The air conditioning didn’t worked and it was hot and suffocating. We barely slept all the nights we stayed. Very few option for breakfast. Everything was sweet and sugar…there were no hot food except scrambled eggs.

Nice and clear hotel, good location, friendly and helpfull staff, extra quickly check in and out. A litle bit cold was in in the room. The bed is perfect and very comfortable. Deliocous and variable breakfast. Perfect coffee! :-)

Good location old hotel

The location is good near to train and tram stations in west Banhof just 5 min walk and Maria helf st about 5 min walk but the hotel is very old and the furniture very very old the bathroom door not closed the front disk staff very friendly

There were no slippers in the room. I called the reception to ask for it. The receptionist told me to go down and pick it up by myself, and hanged the phone up. I went to the reception, and they said they do not have any slippers! The room is average, bed was comfy. Location is good.

hello, It was third time that I stayed at this hotel, but first time when I was unsatisfied because the window was blocked. My room was at floor 2 and I dont understand why cannot open the window..., I didnt had fresh air. in other Ibis Hotels can open the window just a litle, as is necessary for fresh air. Was first time when I didnt received all the towels ( my expectations was to have 5 towels ( for 2 persons ) - 2 for body, 2 for face, and 1 for bath exit. If I`m wrong, I'm sorry... Excellent for a short trip

Excellent stay for a short trip. Rooms are comfortable, very tidy, the breakfast was delicious and delightful. Parking fee is difficult - you must buy a parking card and it's avalable only in tabak, which is 500m away from the hotel. Very oldschool solution..

Noisy but also quiet

If you sleep at the front of the hotel, on the street side, it can be really noisy. The sound of the cars and the trams/metro is very loud where I stayed(second floor). Ask directly for a room at the back. Can't understand why they offer that room. After a night without sleep, asked for another room in the back. Luckly this is quiet and room was standard Ibis room. Beds were comfortable.

For some years now, ibis Mariahilf is my choice hotel in Vienna. My latest stay confirmed it as a very good no-frills hotel. It is well positioned close to Westbanhof rail station and to Vienna metro station, so it's well connected to public transportation. My room was very good, with a comfortable bed in a spacious room. There was no noise at all from outside, and also the air conditioner produced no noise. Bathroom was good, too. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices, and staff were friendly and helpful.

Great choice for a Wien trip

The hotel was excellent! It is easily accessible by bus, metro, tramp and is very close to the train station. The rooms are very clean and quiet (at least our was), bed is comfy and internet connection is fast and stable. In front of the hotel there is a hop on hop of bus station.

The hotel is centrally located but on a busy main road. The room should have a refrigerator. There was not even one bottle of mineral water in the room. This would be the minimum expected of such a hotel. The double bed had only one single blanket for guest use. Breakfast was delicious.

Good location, very noisy

It was my first stay with Ibis and it was a nice experience. The hotel is clean and is not expensive. We walked to the main attractions, about 25 minutes. The only think I didn't like was the level of noise from the passing cars, especially at night...and we had a room on a high floor. The room was clean and the people at the front desk were nice.

Aircondishioned room with amazing staff. Front of tram station and near the shopping area. Recommend for summer days . I would love to stay again because of clean and AC rooms. 15 minutes by tram from main train station.

Good location. Hotel well organized. Excellent breakfast from 6:30 till 10:30. We were there at 9:30 and till the end there were everything thay have but in smaller quantity if something is missing (Nutela in our case) you just have to ask and they will bring you. Excelent coffee Wiener Melange. You can make your own waflles. Good position of hotel near public transportation.
