I had a great time staying at the hotel. The staff maintained the hotel looking nice, clean, spotless. Superb customer service among the staff, very helpful. Great view at the terrace right at the restaurant/bar. Yummy food and drinks. I will come back again. Can't wait!

The hotel location is really good, unfortunately the service of the staff is not. . We had a reservation for 5 nights. We asked for assistance and we were not helped, because of the situation with the Corona virus in the City and all the attractions being closed, we decided that for our family it was safer to come back home and do earlier checked out . We asked to have a refund or a credit of the remaining days of our reservation, because the reservation were made through Expedia we were told at the hotel that they cannot helps us, before our arrival I spoke with a representative of Expedia about the possibility of cancel or reschedule because of the Corona Virus problem, that same day Expedia spoke with the person in charge of reservations at Novotel, who because of this particular situation, authorized changes or cancellation in our reservation if we need to, therefore we are kindly asking to have the refund or the credit of the 3 remaining days in our reservation.

Our stay was great however, we encountered an incident with some of our personal items that was lossed but recovered by housekeeping. I went to the staff housekeeping room/door on the 26th floor for assistance and this is where I saw my bag with only my husband Calvin Escape lotion & other hotel toiletries in my bag on the housingkeeping supply cleaning cart. I reported this to a manager whom expressed apologized and gave a credit of $75 for the items that was missing from the bag. My concern is that my lossed bag was not turned in and my items was removed from it. I hope that in the future if something is lossed and found that it would be reported and turned in. Thank you

Stayed for 4 nights. Had 2 breakfasts and 1 in room dinner. All excellent quality although I ate too much. Staff were universally courteous and considerate. It was the beginning of the Corona virus outbreak and I am sure that they must have been as stressed as the rest of us but they were handling the situation very well. Rooms were kept very well maintained throughout my stay.
