I am a business traveller and it's good to see that the business is active and taking new steps to maintain safety in light of covid-19. This hotel is a new find for me. I typically used to stay at ibis earl court. However, this will be my go to hotel for my office visit to london.

Have stayed at your hotel a few times. With the new normal in place, i can say safely, that i felt safe with the protocols in place. Right from check in to, bedroom and especially breakfast. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Loved the cooked breakfast. Well done during these uncertain times.

Overall stay was good. Unfortunately no coffee in the room and we found that a few plugs didn’t work so was difficult to charge phones etc.

Got to the room two of three items was there as instructed, face mask; hand gel. I put put my things in my room then left for the day. Coming back to the room I set the bath running and soil was coming from the tap and there was no hot water. On further inspection the room was a disgrace. Ripped furniture and a soiled carpet, and this was a superior room.

The service was brilliant.The reception was very helpful and answered all our questions. The rooms were in immaculate condition thanks to the cleaners who were brilliant.They provided towels and tissue papers were requested.I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

checked in at 10pm to find fridge not working(fridge stated on website) and room very cold considering the mild temperatures of the weather, soon moved to a working fridge as we had some items which required refrigerating. then to find the TV not working! couldn't be bothered to go back to reception again so went to sleep. Back to reception the following morning with the TV issue, maintenance man arrives about an hour later, turns out we had the wrong remote in the room for the TV! hotel on the outside and reception looks absolutely beautiful and modern, this soon changes when you get to your room, very old and dated, this hotel is clearly an old building with certain areas modernised and the rest left in the last century, room was clean but definitely need of a spruce up to get it in line with the reception areas and modernised.

Great hotel - staff friendly and professional. Alicia who works in the morning has a great sense of humour but is clearly in charge. The food was first class and they kept the kitchen open so I could get a meal even though I was running late

Very good considering the covid19 situation

I hadn't stayed in a hotel for over six months owing to the covid19 situation, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was mentally prepared for lots of 'we can't do this because of covid19' replies. In fact, the comfort of my stay was not really compromised. All the services I wanted to use (admittedly not a long list, the bar and left luggage) were working well. Room still had everything I'd expect. The only thing working differently from normal was breakfast which from the description was going to be served in a bag so I gave that a miss, local cafes (which were open) are cheaper and offer better choice. Overall, good.

Given the very rcent reopening of the hotel and all the lockdown restrictions, I was impressed with the care take to see that my stay was as comfortable as possible in the circumstances. Parking is difficult to fathom out unless you are familiar with the arrangements, especially as the obvious entrance to the hotel is a side entrance and the road leading to it could usefully have a chain stretched across it to prevent people trying to use it.

Thank you kindly for understanding and taking into consideration the new situation in which we all trying to find ourselves. Great junior suite with good space. Very friendly reception staff. Not far from Tube Station but it can still be a bit challenging to find the main entrance. We stayed at the beginning of the corona crisis and for sure the breakfast area was very busy and we felt terribly uncomfortable. We will stay again.
