The hotel is well located next to the hammersmith station. I stayed for 2 nights before going on a long oversea trip departing from Heathrow. I drove and found a cheaper carpark nearby. I noticed during my stay there that are some coach connecting hammersmith to heathrow. Maybe you could advertise this in your hotel website so that people can consider this in determining the mode of transport to and from your hotel. The rooms and restaurants are quite nice. The lift thought is a bit of a problem though, firstly the lifts seemed very sensitive and got overloaded very easily (just 7 ppl plus 4 big luggages it's already overladed, and another occasion about 8 ppl?), secondly the queues are qutie long on 1st floor and waiting time a bit long. If this could be improved that will be great.
