The hotel bedrooms are unacceptably cold. Unfortunately the hotel location and car parking are perfect for my needs. This is my third time here and it will be my last. My son stayed here on my recommendation for location, he also complained about the cold room.

A pleasant hotel not far from the tube. A pretty standard Hotel. No complaints. Food was of a good quality though there seemed to be some sort of DJ on in the bar that night so I gave that a swerve. Not far from riverside pubs. Good conference facilities and staff looked after us well.

I have just a remark about the very limited storage space, inside the room, to organize the clothes. The room should have a bigger closet and extra shelfs and draws.

Worst hotel experience ever. Staff going on knocking on the door and forcing me to leave the proper as if we violated the rules or as if I have been a nuisance. They have no manners to deal with guests. Very dirty place and poor service. Outdated equipment. Please avoid going here if you can. The staff are mean, unprofessional, don’t know to be polite. Please please train your staff.
