Worn off and dirty rooms, very old bathrooms, stained carpets, checked in a room with barely any cleaning done, and the subsequent daily cleaning was barely just a bed making and bin emptying. No vaccum until a requested, food crumbs left there for 2 days. Hair in the bathroom floor. Honestly doesn’t deserve a 4 star label, more like 2 stars

Stayed for 4 nights for a conference. Very comfortable, helpful staff, and well placed for transport links. Only downside was very limited gluten free options in restaurant, which meant I had to find other food nearby.

I only choose the hotel because I love the gym and location. The rooms smell, the carpets are HORRIBLE and it is noisy because there isn't much sound proofing. I travel to Hammersmith 1-2 times a month and always try and book Novotel West but it is a pain with the room standard

Everything was really good. The only issues were: (a) I asked for an invoice to be emailed to me, gave my email address - but still didn't receive an email. (b) The gym door seemed to be broken or locked - even though I swiped my room key. I was only able to access it, as another guest opened the door. It was OK last time. (c) The breakfast table staff were a little too efficient. I have stayed with you twice now and both times I find a table and have cereal and an orange juice. I get up to get some cooked breakfast, and whilst away someone has thrown away the orange juice, cleared my table and then another guest is sat there, as they think the table is free. This means I then need to find another free table and get another orange juice. One of the waiters this morning checked if I had finished before clearing the table, which is good, but usually they just throw it all away, even if you haven't finished.

I attending a conference and found room had dirty carpet bathroom shower screen leaking onto floor. Very slow service everywhere in hotel in the bar the restaurant and average food.

Well located as I attended a conference held at the hotel. Lots of nice places to walk and eat, as well as a good location for public transport links. The area felt safe when walking around at night time.

The hotel was in a truly great location, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was plentiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't strong enough to keep the room cool for a comfortable night's sleep.

The Novotel London West was well-located close to Hammersmith Bus station and shops. Check-In was smooth, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and very clean with all of the amenities I needed, and I had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and hot, and my boys loved the fresh pancake machine! All in all a great stay and I would definitely stay here again :-)
