Not impressed, lower quality than others Mercure hotels. Paint peeling off thé wall, bathroom used just before our arrival. Voucher for drink appreciated as always but limited really limited, beds configuration was wrong and lot of mistakes on our booking details.

The breakfast is great, fresh fruits, new sauna, the pool is big enough. Friendly Staff at the Hotelbar and the Shuttle runs until 23:20 so after picking up my girlfriend. We had a pleasant and wonderful stay. Thank you and I will suggest my family, friends and colleagues to stay in this property in the future.

The Hotel is not really in a good location and the Hotel is for such a poor equiped room too expansive. Low cost and high priced, even for 1 night it is not 1 bottle of drinking water for free. Better to drive 20km away from Frankfurt, maybe you get a better value for your money.

Despite an online check-in, it took ages at teh reception, I got a smoking room first (which is excluded in my profile), had to change it and overall it took a total unreasonable amount of time to check-in. The room was over-heated and the air-conditioning was unable to do anything about it. I had to open a window and thenn the smell of food and noise entered the room. I will avoid this property in the future.

Expected better. Pillows were smelly. Toilet smelly. Room overall was clean. Lift didn’t work. Had to carry suitcases to third floor. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Stay overall not comfortable. New beds are needed. Whole hotel is screaming out to be renovated. Shuttle service only from terminal 1. If you land at terminal 2 need to catch a free shuttle bus to terminal 1 with the hope you’ll catch shuttle bus to hotel that runs every 40 minutes. I eventually caught a taxi that cost €20. On way back to airport shuttle bus to terminal 1 costs €3. So the €65 for room ended up being €88. Not well explained by hotel.

Completely outdated room (bathroom, bed, chair, TV, ... all really old). Lots of stains on the carpet... not really clean And all this for an extremely high price... 370 EUR for 1 night !?! Not satisfied at all !

Hotel is very convenient located to the airport. Only 10 mins or so by car.Check in was coz of pre-registration only a matter of 1 minute. Room was clean, quite big and quite. Wifi very fast. Restaurant and bar have very long openeing time so you get also a good late night dinner. Parking is free, room rate very competitive.

Terrible beds

This was the last hotel of our 30 days trip in Europe. 5 minutes from the airport was excellent. We stayed at this hotel 5 & 10 years ago and nothing changed and it starts showing its age. Service & restaurant were excellent and so was breakfast. The bed must have been the worse bed of our trip, felt like we were sleeping on the box. I was told that IBIS was a grade below Novotel and Mercure a grade above Novotel. The beds at Ibis and Novotel were excellent but this Mercure location needs to do something about their bed and need a good upgrade in their bathrooms, carpet. Size of rooms were good. We won't return unless their beds have been replaced like at Ibis & Novotel.

Afordable hotel close to the airport

There is a shuttle bus which was spot on time, runs every 30 minutes from just outside the main terminal, but not throughout the night. There is a 3 Euro charge but only from the hotel to the airport. The alternate is a taxi at around 25 Euros. The checkin was smooth and our room was ready. Large room and very clean. Bath was a bit weird with a shower curtain. Small bar fridge that actually worked. No much around the hotel, it seems to be an industrial area but the hotel does have a great bar and restaurant at reasonable prices. For an early morning flight, it's perfect.

it was a 1 night stay as i was flying out of FRA Airport. it was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was standard German style. the lighting in the room is good and the air flow through the room . for me personally a few more English channels on the TV would help (news).

We were overnighting having flown from Nice and flying out in the morning to Hongkong. Stayed because of Accor membership. Easy to access by hotel bus. Dinner was good but hotel tired and rather in need of redecorating.

Unfortunately I have to admit that the stay was not very nice at Mercure Airpot hotel. The reception from the night receptionist was kind of rude and dry, member benefits and status have not been honored at all. Last but not least the elevator of the hotel has been defective for a while already - huge construction area. This was not mentioned during the booking process at all. I arrived there with my wife and baby at 1:30 in the morning after a full day trip with 4 bags and a baby trolley - nobody was even interested in assisting us with the bags and the trolley since the elevator was out of order. even after I mentioned that this is not acceptable for us and i would have to go up and down a couple of times with the baby, the night concierge reverted to me that it would only be one level and send me back to the stairs again - no go! Room was kind of clean but typically run down and old - if you wanted so - as to be expected from a middle class airport hotel. Shuttle to the airport is at charge for 3 euros / person - in exchcange you get a shady paper tear off from a supermarket numbered tricker roll - not very professional at all. For us it s clear - not again.

The Mercure Hotel Frankfurt airport is a good quality hotel located near to Frankfurt airport. The rooms are clean and well equipped. I stayed in a Privilage room which included bath robes and slippers. there was also a free minibar and coffee machine included in the room rate. Also available was a discounted dinner rate. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. I had one issue - of my own making - I left behind a phone charger and adaptor - I contacted the hotel about it and they reported that it had been found and asked for my credit card details in order to return it. I asked for the approimate cost of postage to which they never replied. I assume it was probably cheaper t obuy an new one, but a response with prices would have been nice so I could have made the decision myself.

Worst Accor Hotel I stayed

Everything is in the title. There are so many things that were bad during my stay that even don't know where to start from. - The welcome was cold and not good at all. Every client needs to be treated with respect and with a smile and especially Accor members. No welcome drink for silver members in that hotel apparently. - The room was so bad, noisy arircon, dirty carpet, dirty bed with really suspect stains, dirty shower curtain and that cold cigarette smell. Awful. - I called for an iron and table, they coldly ask me to pick it up at the reception because they were busy, which I did. Once there, they told me the iron room was on the 4th floor. So I asked why did you ask me to come down then? They start laughing. So unprofessional. Never seen an hotel like that and I stay 10 nights a month in Accor hotels. All the above with the price of a real Mercure hotel more than 100 Euros for a standard room without breakfast. That Hotel is a joke I never complain but I will never stay there again even if it was free. I am glad I didn't bring my wife.

They did everything right at the Mercure. Speedy check in, air conditioning turned on in room and comfortable bed. Only negative was difficulty getting In and out of shower. Breakfast was very good and hostess very pleasant.
