Handy location near the autoroute and Paris. Friendly staff. Room quite small but clean and tidy. Choice of noisy air conditioning or traffic noise through window didn't make for great night's sleep.

We have stayed in the Ibis at Compiegne several times/ the staff are always so helpful and friendly This time we had looked forwarded to supper but that was such a letdown We were shown chicken in a heated container with ratatouille that looked as if it had been there for hours The alternative was a selection of American style salads-I could not eat what I took My crème brûlée was good but €49 for a beer, a Kit 2 disgusting salad s and 2 desserts would have been acceptable had the salads been even halfway good- definitely a BIG disappointment

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. We are really sorry for such a desappointment. Unfortunately, we are facing a shortage of kitchen staff and we are not able able to offer our usual meal quality for few weeks but, in order to offer our guests something to eat, we were obliged to set up a buffet service that is not as suitable as we would like. A new Chef joins us in september and we'll be back, stronger and better for your next stay among us. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Sincerely, Sylvain POUZAT Directeur
