Very friendly staff, unfortunately the room they gave at first had not been cleaned, did not realize straight away just thought the bed was badly made had unpacked the went into the bathroom and the towels on the floor etc decided to check the bed in more detail and saw That it had been slept in! Must say that as soon as we told the staff the changed our room straight away. Breakfast had large selection of food and drink, except black tea, lots other types of teas but not really ones for breakfast. Asked the staff and she came up with mint tea....

despit of disconnect from booking we received a good room for 1.5 year old daughter to sleep. Special thanks to the cook, she agreed to cook a meal fot kid for upcoming road. Very comfortable place.

we had several days in ibis avignion sud. the menager the personal: Elohiques, Maksim and all the stuff are extremly nice, even the kitchen, we are jewish religiouse ppl and they helped us without them our kids wouldn't have eat, the hotel is very clean! great sweeiming pool and good advisesfor trips, and they helped us book activities they are the best hotel!

!We came very late in the night and the young lady was extremely warmly and service orientated! I guess we saw the General Manager also during our check-in. On the next morning the same gentleman helped at the breakfast which is with 11,50€ fair! All in all worth for our stay over! Merci

Great overnight on our way home

The staff was really friendly and helpful. A welcome peach infusion was available at our arrival. The hotel is modern and well equiped (big TV screen, swimming pool, possibility to eat next to the pool). Great variety of choice at breakfast, restaurant meals are well served.
