Great first experience on check in thanks to Vitor. However, the room had some areas that hadn’t been cleaned like the bathroom mirror and parts of the floor since there was a beer cap on the floor from check in to check out. I’m not sure that the Privilege Room was worth more money than a normal room with more kitchen amenities.

Fantastic hotel in great location. A block away fm Paulista. Loads of shops and restuarants. The rooms are big. The rooftop pool is s refreshing end after a hot day. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

I wanted to take my welcome drink to be a coffee and take it at the breakfast - as I didnt want to have full breakfast - and the restaurant staff refused and all get conplicated... prople from the receptioo came and I have even be obliged to fight with words with the irl to get the acceptation she finally accept and I flnally decided not to drink the coffee also I forgot in the room 1 laptop plug and cable.. I sent 2 times e mail and NO reply.. and I am diamond customer !!!!!
