This was a full-service hotel with many excellent features. Food was excellent. Service was superb. Very helpful staff eager to please. Very clean, luxurious, and well maintained grounds. The rooms were very clean and upkeep was as expected for a five-star hotel. Excellent place to stay while in Grenoble.

The room was very nice and clean, though the AC wasn't cold enough and needs repair. The breakfast was decent for the price, but below what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the staff were not friendly. Also, an extra €50 per person (we are 2), was blocked at check-in, and we were only informed that we'd get the money back after seven days following checkout.

Very bad memory, very hot in the room, air conditioning does not work, windows do not open.
