There was no kettle or mini fridge in the room This is minimum expectations for a 3 star hotel.Yes I got a kettle and tea bags from reception but this items should be in the room.The mattress on the single beds in the room also kept sliding apart Positive is the transport to and from the airport

Had issues because the reservartion value was not the same at Hotel. I was charged more and now I am trying to have it back. The hotel is very good and well located and the Bus shuttle service helps a lot.

Experience was overall ok but initially we were given the wrong room, even after switching us we were still moved to a "lower tier" room than what was paid for which at that point being tired I didn't really care at that point. Honestly this is just kinda unprofessional

Hotel is good overall. Location and shuttle to airport are the best part. Restaurants and bar are very good but bar staff is very unprofessional and not knowledgeable at all. Rooms hall shoukd takee some better care.

I stayed at this Hotel October last year it was very noisey during the night people slaming doors late night to early morning, this stay was better possibly a quieter part of the hotel. I took the Breakfast option this time plenty on offer from cereals to hot food to a range of cold meats and cheese and also plenty of beverages available. The room was comfortable with aircon but no tea coffee maker. Evening meals to pricey for me Mcdonalds just a 5min walk away. My reason for staying at this hotel was for the "spottersplatte" beside Mcdonalds.

The shuttle bus felt very safe, especially as a solo female traveler. It was nice to have secure transportation to the hotel. I’m very happy you provided this amazing service. If I’m being picky, the directions from the arrivals hall to the bus stop could have been explained better beforehand. Maybe include a small map in the pre-stay email showing how to walk to the bus stop. It was a bit challenging to navigate the airport in the middle of the night to find the exact bus stand. The overall stay at the hotel was amazing. The room was very tidy and had everything I needed. The price-to-quality ratio was excellent, and the staff were extremely kind. The shuttle back to the airport was very convenient too. Thank you very much!

Ok stay but room was very hot.
