No cups to be found in the room. Booking.com evidently didn't get my desires right. Motel had one guest instead of two. Not sure what went wrong.

Poor Room quality and Poor customer service

I waited 1 hour at the airport for the shuttle bus ! the reception was swamped with 100's of customers from a cancelled flight and I was left to wait until they were all dealt with first. the room was dirty and hot. The aircon did not work I was given a fan but this made little impact. The noise kept me awake all night and when I mentioned this to reception that I was unhappy she just ignored my comments. I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it

Great stay lovely room with fully working TV this time and a mini fridge and a very good breakfast included in the room price . . Only issue was yet again I had paid for early check in and gift the third time was told at the desk check in was later till I provided booking confirmation showing the early check in fee. This was my 4th stay in the past 6 months. Not the hotels responsibility but due to the public bus schedule being disrupted by ongoing road works transport into Amsterdam central had to be via Schipol airport making it a much longer journey .

The staff was amazing and very kind, however the AC did not work in the room, and the toilet flush cover kept falling off. We did not spend much time in the room, so it was okay for the most part.
