Do not recommend this place, horrible smells in the room, the carpets and walls are filthy, no basic amenities in the room (kettle cup etc) and then not allowed them once requested either, overpriced food, overpriced lodging, overall 0/10

The hotel is very big near Amsterdam airport with lots of transit guests. Rooms are very compact with hardly any space to move. There is no hot water kettle or coffee maker. Dining is on 4th floor and there is only one lift. However, we can use escalator. The dining area is generally overcrowded.

highly recommended hotel. We stayed overnight, they have free shuttle buses to and from the airport. No noise at all even though it is an airport hotel. Reception staff are excellent , rooms are great. Breakfast is lovely. Check in and check out with ease.

The room on 1F is very narrow, cold, and humid, and the air is not good. The air conditioning was not ideal.

My initial experience at reception was positive, or so I was led to believe. As an ALL member I was given specific information regarding my booking when I paid the bill but once I returned home the next day I discovered I'd received a second charge. When I emailed to make enquiries I was told it was policy but they disregarded what I was told by the reception staff. When I replied with more details, asking for a further explanation or details of how I could escalate the issue my email was not answered and it's been 12 days. I've emailed again to get the information I asked for.
