Rooms were extremely small and has no place to keep the luggage bags.

Everything was great except the lady at the restaurant. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and i went there 3 times. Every time was a bad experience. For the first time i complained at front desk and apparently she is the manager of the restaurant. Fortunately the ladies at the front desk are the best people ever- very nice, polite and beyond helpful and made feel listened and somehow better. I did not complain about the second experience with the same lady, but her attitude is sooooooooo bad. She is arrogant, not polite at all and very rude with the guests. She acts like she owns the place and everyone has to obey to her. I can not do anything on “her restaurant”. However, the servers and the lady at check out desk of the restaurant really nice. For the third time the restaurant was open, almost empty but i was asked to come back after 20 mins because there were people at the bar ?!?!? So overall the experience at the hotel was good but i exclude the restaurant part. Big hugs to front desk - again - lovely people.
