I was working in the close-by Lille area and this seemed the best option - both in terms of affordability and general location too. The check in was good and very swift - I was in my room within 5 minutes of arriving at their desk. The general decor of the reception area was modern and very welcoming; with a well-stocked bar too. My room was more than adequate - I had a decent desk (which was needed as I was travelling for work), a good sized double bed and a good sized bathroom with a shower. Towels are provided. The room was tidy and despite being situated close to a road - there was absolutely no noise at all. I had an incredibly cosy sleep. I would have preferred a tea / coffee making facility within the room. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of it - with cold meats, cheeses and bread alongside sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs. Coffee and juice were also provided. It was more than adequate and will keep me going beyond lunch time! I travelled into Lille in the evening - an Uber was just over 10 euros, or there is a Metro close by. Incredibly accessible.

Bugs, no air, mold in apartment

We informed the the manager about the bugs, they moved us to another apartment and it had bugs, no air, and mold around the doors. the Olympics was going on unable to find another hotel at the last minute. We paid in advance and had 3 nights left on our stay they only gave us one night refund. Don't stay here this place does not have good business practices.

staff were nice and helpful directing to the stadium & good pizza served in bar til late was great as all other nearby options were closed but expensive soft drinks in bar, weird entrance & not very accessible upon checking in & dated rooms with no air con when it was humid.
