An excellent hotel with brilliant staff. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Close to town and the old town. Very enjoyable stay. The car park is a great facility. we found the staff particularly helpful and cheerful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Trendy entrance. Bar with limited draught beers. There was a bin on fire when we arrived and people hanging around the front doorstep. The overall impression of the external facilities was not good. The car park area was shabby and in need of cleaning. The bedroom was functional but short on power points. Remember parking here is chargeable.

Hello, First of all, thank you for this feedback which we will share with all the staff of our establishment. We apologize for the start of the fire, the staff reacted very quickly and took matters into their own hands immediately to control the situation and protect customers. The firefighters were immediately notified and also intervened very quickly. Concerning the appearance of the hotel, please note that renovations are planned for the year 2025. On the other hand, the underground parking lot we have is actually chargeable since it belongs to the Carrefour shopping center with which we communicate. We will take note of all your information, including that on the rooms, to bring it back and improve. We look forward to seeing you again in our establishment. Kindest regards. Vincent

20 minutes walk to the old town, decent secure car park but the really friendly and efficient staff make the hotel. Rooms are a little basic but the public areas are very smart. Water and coffee machine in the room were a nice touch. Thanks for a great stay - will be back.

After our car broke down en route to the ferry, we checked in to 2 adjoining family rooms for the night. All the staff were absolutely fantastic - from the happy chap on Reception, to the brilliant bar team who kept us topped up with drinks and snacks while we re-booked ferries and trains. In the morning, the heavens opened and we were given two umbrellas to take with us as we made our way to the train station. Overall, we felt hugely welcomed and looked after by the team at the ibis, through what was a rather stressful event.

lentravel Friends getaway - TripAdvisor 인증 리뷰

All hotels were fully booked in Boulogne sur mer but the manager did not let us go and got us 2 rooms. Parking is avaiable, rooms are very good, the bar is ooen and the staff is super friendly. Walking distance to the centre is only 10 minutes and the view from the rooms is great.
