I stayed at the Ibis Red Cow on september 5, the only staff member i got to interact with was the receptionist. And she did everything she could to make my stay enjoyable. I'm sure be back very soon since the hotel is located very close to me.

Best thing is location: the hotel is at the entrance/exit motorway. If you don't have car red line tram to city centre is 5 min.walking. Breakfast could be better. Room: big room but tv could be much much better (only few channels)

Good Location but lacks comfort

This hotel is in a good location which is the best thing about it. I stayed for one night prior to getting the early morning ferry. However, they need to spend some money on decent beds. I can honestly say I didn't sleep at all. Basically the bed consists of a foam base (like you would find in a cheap sofabed) and a mattress topped off with a thin mattress topper. Really really bad!

I had a really pleasant stay at Ibis Dublin. At a very affordable price I enjoyed a clean and spacious room and a very good breakfast. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located near a suburb in Dublin (Clondalkin) which is cute (went there, very good pub) and conveniently very close to a LUAS and bus station (25 minutes from the city centre and 15-20 min from the airport). The only downside is that it is not actually IN the centre of Dublin, but I was well aware of it, If you are Ok with this and want to stay in proximity to Dublin at a very reasonable price, you should choose Ibis for your stay.

Could not sleep on Saturday night morning due to people running around shouting and banging doors and playing loud music from 10 pm till 330 am when i phoned reception i was told to go back to sleep and it would be sorted it wasn't i was not the only person to complain i had a 4 year old and a 16 years old staying with me who couldn't get any sleep either

This was our first visit back since before the pandemic. Very little had changed and this is a good thing. All the health measures were in place but they were not in your face, which is brilliant! It was lovely to see Liz, a member of the Reception staff who has been greeting us warmly for years at Ibis Dublin. All our staff encounters were wonderful and super-friendly. Despite staying at Ibis Dublin for many years, we had our first ever evening meal on this visit - why did we wait this long??? Really off-the-charts good. And it was wonderful to discover that our little dog, a long-term Ibis customer, was still welcome!

Having previously stayed here on several occasions in the past was more than a little concerned when we were told that we were not booked in despite doing so directly with the hotel. Fortunately they were able to accommodate us, room was clean and well maintained, staff were professionally and obliging, all in all good value for money.

My granddaughter (Poppy) wife and I stayed for 2 nights as we wanted to show Poppy the historic places which she learnt about in primary school. We had a great time the hotel served us brilliantly. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable and breakfast was awesome. We couldn't have asked for more. A special thanks must go out to MARY who was working at breakfast both mornings , she was a lovely woman with a fountain of knowledge about the city , the transport, and the attractions . I will stay here again in the near future.

Stayed here for 3 nights, I found the hotel rooms to be in need of updating. There were signs of previous repairs to the walls etc in the room the carpets were also fairly work. I would stop in another hotel next time.
