During my stay I requested to include my fidelity card to accumulate points, but in the end it was not considered.

The room is nice, breakfast very good and the lobby really beautiful. Welcome drink is terrible (restricted options of cheap drinks - ridiculous for a 5star hotel), towels are low quality.
