Overall we were satisfied stay at Novotel Lombok. Amazing resort with good private beach, the room are big, quite and clean, the staff hotel very humble, good food. It was good experience to stay at Novotel Resort and Villa, hope we can get another vacation to stay here again.

Perfect place for holiday (with some suggestion)

Novotel Lombok has always been a go-to place for me. Came back 6 years after my last trip here because I wanted to recall the great memories. And everything, especially the comfort, remained the same. I was particularly able to get closer to/had more insights about Lombok, thanks to Gendy & Cakra from the Beach Boy team, as well as Mega in the Inbalance team. I will still comeback for sure in another dry season. Looking forward to the day when I’d be able to lie down on the bale-bale and simply took a nap on the beach. P.s: it would be great if you could consider adding more taste to the Indonesian food on the restaurant. I get that you may want to cater to the foreigners’ taste more. But, providing local foods that is tasty even to the Indonesian tourist would do you a good change. Hopefully next time I go there, me and the other local guests would be able to enjoy your local dining more. Also, please kindly pay attention to room maintenance. It was particulary disturbing to have so many ants swarming to almost every foods on the room’s tables and to have the air conditioner dripping wet when you switch it on at night. I stayed at room 221 this time. Best to have your building rooms checked too and change older furnitures/get them bugs free :) Also, a little request, but please do consider guests with underlying health or back conditions. It would be great to offer your guests with pillows of their choice. Was finally able to sleep better when the concierge helped me to change the pillows into a more neck-comfortable ones. Speaking of which—I think it would be great to consider having a ramp or more inclusive access for the elderly and for people with disabilities. This way, we could invite them to the hotel without having to worry about accessibility. apologies for such a lengthy note. Hope you could consider these requests carefully and looking forward to staying with you again. Thanks!

Great location but the hotel itself could have been a lot better. Service was slow and inatentive. We had jus come from the Tugu Lombok which was exceptional for the same price. The menu was particularly bad, very little to get excited about, a very dreary selection. I won't be staying again.

Stay in sasak villa for 2 nights. No room upgraded for accor platinum card. Villa is noisy at the night you can hear the next villa talking and cheat until midnite.
