We stayed here for 2 nights but wish it had been longer. Beautiful hotel, so clean and wonderful facilities. Our room was good, not large but adequate. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The pool area was wonderful and so clean like the rest of the hotel! We ate in the restaurant for the 2 nights and we were very impressed with the quality of the food. All staff were very friendly, a special mention to Timeo in the bar area. Lovely chap and very informative about the area. I would love to stay here again!

Nice hotel, relatively spacious rooms but with substandard phonic insulation as we could here walking (or jumping) above us as well as the noises from outside very late in the evening which actually woke me up. Excellent restaurant with great service and a good selection of dishes. Shame that the external pool is only heated to 25 degrees (apparently due to governmental restrictions) as with the wind in a coastal town it would need to be above 35 degrees outside to warrant using it. Check-in and check-out were effortless with, once again, very pleasant staff who interacted with our young children very naturally. We were, however, surprised that no luggage assistance was proposed as is habitual in a four star hotel. We were charged €67 for the parking when it should have been €17. Despite the few negative points, mostly related to the physical attributes of the hotel, we were very impressed with the service with charming and personable staff in every department that we had visited

I have never in 30 years been asked to pay a room charge and a deposit of nearly 300 euros. a horrible lack of trust and to make matters worse, rather than tapping the deposit back to my account when I left, they gave no indication when this money would be returned. such a pity as it was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in for a long time, great location, lovely interior and charming staff. Perhaps do not take bookings from booking.com if you do not trust the people who come to visit. Regards William F.
