Perfectly pleasant hotel with a nice pool area and good breakfast lunch and dinner service. The passenger lift was broken when we arrived and we were directed to take the stairs to our 5th floor room, without any assistance. The goods lift was working so surely on off the staff at minimum could have taken our luggage up for us, even if we as guests weren't allowed in the lift? We also had electrical problems in our room for 2 nights, one night we had to temporarily move room - we were on on the newly refitted floor. Finally, the aircon was a bit feeble, we couldn't get the room temperature below 24c, just about ok for sleeping but a couple of degrees more of cooling would be advised.

Awful hotel… wallpaper peeling off the walls, dirty rooms, dirty hallways. Like. 1 star

Location and parking are good,close to the tram to central Bordeaux and the motorway. Pool looked nice and there is plenty for kids to enjoy. However there is only 1 small lift, the air con takes a while to get going and we thought the asking price for breakfast pretty steep. Bedrooms are functional rather than comfortable and we had a very small double bed with a single pillow each. Definitely not 4 star.

Rooms were daily cleaned, the staff even supplied us extra towels when asked since I had two children. They were extremely nice. I loved the friendliness of the reception, the young girl and the gentleman were very helpful. On our arrival, the baby cot was not sufficiently prepared but it was immediately fixed when asked. The breakfast was the best even if I didn't really like the soggy eggs. Other than that, there was a lot of options even fresh orange which I was glad for but the juicer didnot work properly and at times broken. The staff continuously replenished the food and were courteous. This is my second stay and it is my preferred hotel.

The Hotel clearly needs some renovation... our room had signs of a leakage happening. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful, Bar seemed to have a student working there that was a bit lost. the parking used to have Asphalt however it is more offroad parcours now that can even damage your car...
