This hotel is in a good location for a tram into the city. We were in a car & this was a secure car park. Clean & tidy. Helpful staff. Lack of electrical sockets for charging without going on hands & knees under a desk!

The hotel is situated near the Bordeaux Expo, a tram station is 5 walking minutes away from the Hotel and takes you in approx. 15-20 mins into the town centre. Different restaurants are situated around the Hotel. Rooms are quite spacious and clean, you can see on the design that the styling is from the late last century as all the electricity plugs are 10cm above the floor. Generally, I have nothing negative to say; it's just that the hotel doesn´t provide laundry service. On asking the reception about this It was suggested to go to a public Laundromat near a Supermarket...which is a no-go for business or leisure travelers. Sadly the pool was closed even though the temperatures (above 24°) would have allowed a cool down.

The late check in provided after 3:20pm even keep chasing was a bit disappointed on 6/9. Our room 616 was a small size standard room though it was already renovated but did not communicate properly. The confusion was arisen from the original booking by Vivian on 6-8/9 and I extended it on 8-9/9 for another night. Vivian referred to other Marathon runners who booked on 5-7/9 was at the same cost and type. But the group was provided with an upgrade room on 5th floor, which was much bigger and with a coffee maker one day in advice. So Vivian was very upset that disappointed.
