Awesome place !

Every morning at breakfast we were met with Mel with her beautiful smile and Jolly personality. Helped us out with places to explore too. Mel is really amazing and is a real asset to the Novotel Oasis Cairns. Thanks Mel 😁 The people on the desk were also very friendly too. We will be back .

Good Value despite a few issues

Booked the room via Expedia, 3 night stay. Room: clean, modern, spacious, comfortable. A few issues though: air cond marginally adequate, good thing it wasn't hot, ac fan wasn't blowing right. Advised front desk on checkout. Also, door on bathroom awkward design re entry and access to toilet. Bar fridge built into cabinet, no ventilation to let heat escape, so fridge didn't work well. Pluses: ease of parking with direct lift access to room. Location, easy walk to everything including dining precinct. Poolside bar, amazing with good variety and prices. Staff, professional and friendly. Would recommend and will stay there again.

Great location central to everything, good value for money , we used restaurant, room service, bars would rate 10/10 . Staff friendly in all areas but a special mention to Mel in the restaurant, incredible to see how she interacts with everyone, friendly, helpful . Room was well presented and clean , pool bar is great , your desk helpful although it was Mel from restaurant who helped us organise our days 👍 We had 6 rooms in total .
