Was ok nice reception but very dated rooms. Pool and bar good. If a complete upgrade is done on next visit I will stay here again but if left the same for years won’t return. I can’t stand dated rooms the bed was sore after a day -bathroom very old no biscuits with cup of tea. Plenty of other hotels around much nicer I seen.

hotel was very clean and staff friendly and helpful but hotel was understaffed and everything took forever from trying to register, to ordering and receiving meals and trying to get drinks at the bar. I was very disappointed on the weekend with the crowds who were not hotel guests who took up all the pool lounges and made ordering from the bar ridiculously long. I did not know about this and would not have left my bag unattended by the pool if I had known that it was not just hotel clients there. I also did not like the having to queue to get fresh towels for the pool and some staff did not give tokens back.

Would like to give this 10/10 but the day trippers ruined the Sat/Sun of my holiday. I had no idea there were day trippers and they hogged all the loungers, umbrellas and swim up bar. Really disappointing. On that note more loungers by the pool are required and you need to find a way to stop people “bagsing” the lounges. For example. Putting their towels on the lounges and then going to breakfast or lunch. Maybe a time limit? Also, could the day trippers wear wristbands?
