Great stay at the Novotel cairns oasis. Beautiful family friendly hotel, great swimming pool and kids club. Rooms were nice and cleans, comfortable beds. Staff were the best, very courteous and nothing was too much to ask.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! All the staff were fantastic and one staff member, Deborah, was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our visit, keeping our children thoroughly entertained everyday. We really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Oasis Resort in Cairns, even for a short stopover before our trip to Japan. The experience was very enjoyable throughout, from the moment we arrived; the friendly receptionist, Alissa, was so helpful. The bar staff and waiter, Jack, were lovely too. The food was delicious, and the kids couldn't get enough of the pool. Lastly, the Aboriginal performers' welcoming to the country was engaging, and the kids are still talking about it. We loved it.
