Hot and noisy rooms. Bad breakfast. No comfort. Check out was slow, due to computer problems. This is no Novotel, this is Ibis Blue.

No breakfast or room service on ramadan

We are in ramadan and i have to make a breakfast before sun rise. Unfortunately i have no water in room. No room service and no breakfast.

My stay was very pleasant and I am quite satisfied with my experience at Novotel Budapest City. My room was quite hot, which made for an uncomfortable night, but I was able to make some adjustments with the window to help bring cooler air into the room. Overall, I am pleased with this hotel experience and can recommend Novotel Budapest City to others needing accommodation in Budapest!

We stayed in this fabulous hotel far away from the city centre but ideal if you want to have more services like swimming pool, bowling, video game area etc. Unfortunately the door locker to put the key was defect and we had struggle to open up our door after every time we need to get back to our room but for one night it was fine of course. Breakfast buffet was well sorted
