Normal stop off, returning from Reading, on to Nottingham to visit Family. Normal good sleep, nothing to write home about.

Room carpets were stained, disheveled and bulging throughout, stained sofa and inadequate pillows led to a disappointing stay.

Reception staff friendly bed comfy, bathroom well presented. Hotel its self is quite shabby in places, dirty carpets, walls required decorating and glass smashed outside.

Simple checkin, friendly reception staff. The hotel needs a good fresh layer of paint and new carpets throughout the corridors. Scuff & marks everywhere! Room was comfortable. I had an interconnecting door which I did not like ( I have no connecting door on my profile !! ) Tea & coffee making facilities were in the room as well as a fridge which was good. I would book again.
