I stayed for 14days in your hotel,room 452 but l had to be calling the house keeper now and then to clear the room bin,imagine everyday someone was making the bed but would not clear the bin even putting the towels in the bathroom and to give disposable cups in the rooms because I could not give them tips. The room spell was not good probably because of plumbing issues,you had to beg for air freshener The chef were good especially the Oldman most times he was working night shift but the waiters wanted tips to assist you ie clearing the tables so that you can sit in. I even wondered the customer service personnel was following up on how the service has been on the last day,why not on the other days so that they can improve on the service while l was still there. Maybe this hotel is good to stay in for a short period of time not for longer like 14days straight And also let the workers improve on their English or French language because it was very difficult to understand each other This is all l can remember now,of course there was more Regards

I loved my stay at the airport Novotel Hotel. The staff were all so nice and helpful the rooms were clean, neat, and the view was amazing. For sure I will recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Cairo to stay at the hotel as well as arranging wedding parties.

The rooms were small and the furnitures somewhat worne out, when I arrived the TV could not be turned out in my room (I had to call the assistance), one of the elevators was out of order. In general, this hotel didn't meet the normal standards of other Novotel I've visited.
