The hotel is located only a few minutes' drive from the Airport. This is so convenient for the travellers, who need to transit anywhere from Cairo. Special Thanks to Hayzayousry, who gave us a big, warm welcome after a long flight from Asia. Secondly, thanks to Abdelkade, who helped to solve the problem during our stay. I would say both of them are outstanding in the hotel. We have consumed their breakfast and lunch at the restaurant, their foods are delicous and the services are good. Never judge the book from the cover. However, they should focus on their housekeeping, rooms are not so clean, and it needs to be improved.

Had a great stay arriving late night for a very early flight the next day. The dinner buffet was expansive with options for the children which was great.

No hot water in shower , linen is dirty and scratchy , this is never a 4 star hotel more like a 1 star. Although the food is good at the restaurant by the pool
