I enjoyed my first stay at Novotel Plateau. Everything was good. Staff friendly and very helpful. Food was good, but I would have liked to see a change of focus each day for those guests who stay more than one night. No cheese and biscuits. Disappointed that there was no information regarding the hotel in the bedroom. Telephone use, TV channel guide. Local places to visit.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day, with fresh cut fruits, and the swimming pool as well. The rooms were big enough for all of us, and the staff were helpful, polite and open.
