Hotel personnel is incredibly helpful and supportive - were actually the only positive point on my time there. I was there with my wife, and over weekends a lot of guests did not wear masks or respected social distancing. COVID is still a huge issue in Brazil, and the lack of attention to this point troubled me so much I reduced my stay in 15 days there.

Hotel is renewed and fully aligned with the new regulations for covid-19. Breakfast was individually served in a tray with quality items and very well served. Time for breakfast was previously scheduled to avoid many people in the restaurant area. The only complaint is related to the time that we had to wait for checking in. It looks like the hotel is with reduced staff what makes sense during this difficult time that we are passing by. But Vitor apologized for that and he treated us very well.

Very bad experience in terms of checkin, breakfast and room quality. You don’t have even a toaster in the hotel!!!the grilled sandwich maker which is used as toaster also did not work

There were many ants crawling in the room throughout my stay, bringing into question the hotel's hygiene.

Menu is great, the best of the hotel as well as general facilities! However, during the week I stayed, room service was not the appropriate one since it took more than a hour to delivery what I ordered. The background music can have more variety and the smell in the halls need to be reviewed.

The room and front desk service was good. I had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The salmon asked for dinner was not cooked enough and the eggs and bacon for the breakfast were cold. I was expecting more from the restaurant.
