Old hotel, in maintenance during summer

Hotel is very old, I was very surprised the gym was in maintenance … rooms are ok for a bed and breakfast. Best thing of the hotel is the view from the restaurant and the terrace

Olá Gustavo, bom dia. Obrigado pela visita e observações a respeito do hotel. Sinto muito por não gostar tanto daqui quanto do Berrini. Nossos quartos realmente tem uma decoração clean e a divisão dos banheiros dependendo do uso não é a mais adequada. Sobre os pontos, sua reserva chegou através uma agência online sem filiação ao programa ALL. Imagino que você use uma ferramenta de reserva interna da Unilever e ao buscar o hotel a ferramenta puxa os valores de diversos canais. A Unilever tem carregada uma tarifa com café e 15% de desconto sobre a tarifa do dia. Com até 15 dias de antecedência você ainda tem mais descontos progressivos. Quando retornar a SP e ao hotel, por favor me avise para que possamos nos conhecer pessoalmente. Agradeço a oportunidade e a transparência em evoluir em nossos produtos e serviços. My husband and I spent a couple of days in the hotel and it was amazing. The staff is really good and the structure is great too! They have swimming pool, game are with xbox, table tenis and pool. Also, amazing variety of food. My husband loved as there was many options for vegetarians! We are definitely going back next time we are in Sao Paulo.
