Overall, my experience at the hotel was very positive. The bedroom was comfortable, and the external areas, such as the swimming pool, were lovely. I particularly appreciated the kids' recreation activities on Saturday, though it would be great if they were also available on Sundays. The restaurant services were very good, offering quality food and attentive service. However, I believe the gym and the kids' play area could benefit from better maintenance and cleaning to enhance the overall guest experience.

Good breakfast and restaurant services. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room conditions could be better: wardrobe rails coming off, shower tiles with mildew, some cocoons found hanging on the door sills. No price list found for the minibar. Found the price excessive for water (R$10 for a 300 ml bottle). When booking, the reservation department did not get my e-mail, even after confirming the correct e-mail address.

the hotel needs a make up after several years the breakfast room has an unhealthy temperature due to insane air conditioning!

10 days/nights. 15th or 16th stay at Novotel in last two years. We always come back due to proximity to Embraer and great staff. Love the new menu and look of the restaurant.
