Nice hotel close to the airport. However we were awake until 2.30 in the morning because a person in the room next door decided to play loud music until 2.30 in the morning. So a better sound proof environment would be better.

Well located off Terminal 3. Smooth check-in, friendly staff, comfortable room, well-maintained hotel. The restaurant was well above average for such a hotel and the Marks and Spencer just out the Novotel entrance was a pleasant surprise.

My stay was in the average, no complains. Was all ok until I left Saturday morning when I lived a horrible experience with hundreds people trying to fit into a 20 seats bus. Scary start of my weekend!

Staff unfriendly. You have to ask for something at least 4 times so that they even bother. Rooms are so dirty and poorly cleaned. Would not think i stayed in a 3 star hotel.

To get the required covid test the day before departure, staying overnight near the airport was the most practical solution for us. This hotel was one of the very few that offers free shuttle bus service to the airport. De Lijn (public transport) normally runs near other hotels but those lines were all suspended for roadwork so a hotel-provided service was a necessity. If you’re going to the airport just once to catch your flight, “free” might not be a big deal, but because we had to make an extra roundtrip for the Covid test, it made financial sense to stay at a place where we wouldn’t have to pay per ride per person (including a small child). We had a morning flight so we didn’t eat breakfast here. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable so check-in went quickly. The room itself was quite dated (especially considering the price) but there were no big issues. Just a little old. It was spacious enough for our three-person family and two big suitcases. The soundproofing was good so we weren’t bothered at all by all the planes landing and taking off. I don’t think we would pay so much for the “tiredness” of the room if it weren’t for the location, but it was our best option under the circumstances and I’m satisfied overall with what we got.

The Novotel at the airport is quite basic. They havent remodeled to adapt to business e.g. wifi was not working as I had a vpn.

Proximity to airport perfect. Shuttle could be more frequent. Check-in swift and smooth. Breakfast ample with warm and attentive service . Loved the fresh fruit salad! Room functional but lacking international sockets and iron. Upgrade of flooring away from carpets in room would be ideal. Slept well. Access to outside space for a drink nice. Service in bar … bravo! Checkout swift and hassle free. Thank you to all the Team ❤️

Everything was according to the standards and expectation from the hotel of this category. Very handy airport shuttle, quick check in, nice and comortable room with kettle, coffee and tea, a litl fridge with complimentary water. Bed was just perfct, separate wc from bathroom with bath tube and separate shower. What more can one ask for.! And one more thing, a microwave down by the reception.

Nice hotel located near the airport. Great option to parc your car for 15 days at very low price. A shuttle/taxi will take you to departure hall. Very recommended. The price, service and location is very good.
