Nobody answer the call on room service. Restaurant staff are ignorant. Not professional at all. Half an hour to get order. One hour for the food to arrive.

Really important to have fresh made scrambled eggs. This should be from eggs that a cook has opened. Not the one that comes in a plastic bottle. There is a big difference. Cheese was dry and there was nearly no ham. Breakfast is so important in a stay that you should really consider to not lower the standard due to cost.

Stayed for business, arrived late (c.9.30pm) and located on Ground Floor (as original room assigned was by road and facing flight path so very noisy room). Room was fine, but still noisy until 11.30pm due to laundry deliveries, "clinking" glasses going pass on trolley and staff talking loudly in corridor by room. Disappointed with this stay, normally really good.

Location awkward, but shuttle bus good and helps a lot. Very limited dinner menu for frequent/longer stays.

The rooms are clearly a bit older (Chair seats / carpet / curtains are clearly older, faded and showing wear & tear). Everything was very clean however and the bed really comfortable.

Just 10 minutes from Brussels airport with the free off charge shuttle buss, very quiet and clean place. Comfortable room with all necessary facilities, nice modern style restaurant with good food and rich breakfast. Very friendly and polite staff

Nice. Only remark is about the shuttle to the airport. You have to wait outside and the roof of the little cabin is gone ...

I come to your Novotel Brussels Airport twice or more per year, for various business purposes. This time the real disappointment was caused by the restaurant staff during the dinner on Thursday 6th February.
