It is our 3rd stay in this hotel. Teception staff really nice, quick and painless check in. No soap or shampoo in the room. Obvoiusly bathroom was not cleaned. No water in the fridge. No extra pillows in the room. Pool clean. Clean sheets and room. Overall ok, but for €120 a nite (without breakfast) you expect more.

There were bed bugs, and not clean room..... Very disappointed

The whole things about the hotel are good, like staffs and etc. there were some issues during our visit like the shampoo was empty and they didn’t refill it even after daily cleanings. Also, we drank coffee the first day and cleaning stuff didn’t wash the cups after cleaning. There was no refill at all.

The room was suitable for a family of four, however the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is a bit dated, but perfectly functional. Multiple options for breakfast, restaurant very nice. Bonus there is a kids zone for the kids to run around and burn off some energy. Overall, a pleasant stay.
