The rooms was a bit outdated and there was no coffee machine. Overall it was clean but the had a bit of odour.

The hotel is conveniently situated, making it easy to visit nearby attractions. However, the room provided needs improvement. The carpet is splattered with paint, and the room has a strong smell of cleaning chemicals. It would help if we could open the room windows wider, but it's not an option. The wall in the toilet hasn't been completed, which makes the toilet appear dilapidated.

Dated room by Novotel Standards but modern bar and dining area. Breakfast was excellent. There was a nice kids play area by the bar, better than the other Novotels we’ve stayed in this week! The parking was absolutely fine & not complicated, you just need to follow the signs as the hotel building and parking is shared with Ibis. Location is a short walk from the Le Petit France & attached to shopping centre so very good overall!

Hotel and service OK, but noise during night due to disco beneath Hotel. Lot of people speaking loud until 4.00-5.00 a.m. !
