I slept well on the 2 nights I stayed. But the COVID is a bit lowering the experience of staying at a Novotel, specially on the restaurant part.

The hotel was at a convenient location close to the motorway for a 1 night stopover. The menu has menu in the restaurant had a small choice of options and the outdoor pool was dated and in need of refurbishment with the installation of a shower, cleaning basin for dusty and leafy feet and more space surrounding the pool inside the barriers.

Overnight stay was let down by poor food in the restaurant. Entrecote of poor quality and cooked incorrectly. Medium rare (a point) was well done, and the waiter insisted that it was not bien cui! We have used this hotel and eaten in the restaurant for many years and have previously had good experiences. It appears that the restaurant has been outsourced to people who cannot cook! Shocking for France!

We often stay here en route to the South of France because it is conveniently located for us. It is adequate for a one night stop, but this time the service in the restaurant was very poor: Waitress took ages to come and take our order, then she brought one aperitif but forgot the other. She then proceeded to bring the wine for the meal before the second aperitif finally arrived. She also forgot the bread and got our bill wrong. The restaurant wasn't even busy.

This hotel is a regular stop for us and, as usual, we had a very pleasant stay. Room was nice and the restaurant and bar experience were very good. All the staff were very friendly and they all deserve praise as many are quite new in the hotel.

This is a regular stop for us and, as always, everything was to our satisfaction. Room was comfortable and we ate well in the restaurant and enjoyed a few drinks in the bar. All staff were very friendly.

We chose this hotel just as an overnight as we made our way from the Loire to Provence. Something is up with the air conditioning at this hotel, the moment we went it to our room it smelled moldy. The next morning I woke up with sinus issues that eventually required antibiotics.The pool and grounds (including an inflatable for kids) are good for the kidsThe breakfast is very substantialLocation was close off the A6 but no highway noiseAmple parking, albeit the spaces are tiny.I would probably only recommend staying when you can open up the windows for fresh air.

We stayed here for one night with our two dogs. Easy check in and out, comfortable rooms with air con. Restaurant offered a choice with vegetarian food offered also. Very busy but okay for one night. Would stay there again.

The hotel was nice,the room was nice,the only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the fact that I booked for two guests and we only received one complementary drink on arrival.My wife felt not wanted which I think was wrong. I don't care what the hotel policy is.The area outside of the hotel looked dirty because the garbage pails were full to overflowing.

Worst service at a Novotel on 20 years

When we arrived there was no one on reception, after 10 minutes we asked in the restaurant. They sent someone who was not interested. We asked about a restaurant booking. We were told ok to turn up. We went to the bar, but no barman for 15 minutes until we complained at the restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant an hour later, we were told we would have to wait an hour for a table, the restaurant was only about 2/3 full. We complained and were given a table. We ordered and our mains arrived before our starters. The staff appeared not to want to be there. All in all shocking service. I always use Novotel but will start to look elsewhere in future.

However my team is appreciated for its availability. At your arrival Ambre our receptionist was in the floors in order to respond to a customer request. She made it clear that we were not booking at the restaurant. You moved to a table of 4 people without waiting to be greeted and my food and beverage manager asked you to settle on a table of 2 people since the hotel was complete with 350 pax.
