When my husband called to ask if food was available during the covid19 outbreak he was told “no”. However, when we arrived we were advised that we could order room service. It would have helped to know this before we set off from our ski resort as we could have been unable to eat that evening. Fortunately our previous hotel supplied us with free food to bring with us for that evening.

Waited a very long time (30-40 mins) to be collected from GVA airport and then needed to head back the following day leaving at 5.30am but was told the shuttle service did not start until 6am. So got reception to book me a taxi for 5.30am and the 10 minute journey cost 50 CHF. Not the best experience overall as you can imagine.

I waited at the airport for the shuttle, as it wasn't clear from booking.com website that you must call the hotel for the shuttle to come. According to booking.com, the shuttle service started at 6am, but it actually was 6.30am. I took a taxi very early but could have used a 6am shuttle.

Room nice if a little on the warm side. Front desk staff were lovely. Service for dinner was poor. We were seated promptly and passed 1 menu between 3 of us. We sat there for 20 minutes and were never seen to. We got up and left.

Poor services, room not clean, bathroom not clean, staff not very helpful. I hardly got any help with my three suitcases. I have stayed in the Ibis next to the airport previously and it is almost the same services.

Clean, convenient, good sized room. Airport shuttle was there waiting when we arrived. Restaurant food was satisfactory, both at breakfast and dinner. Hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, perfectly adequate for an overnight airport stay.

Great location close to the French side of Geneva Airport, for cheaper car rental, and opposite and retail and restaurant complex with large hypamarket. Fantastic staff and great restaurant, kids enjoyed playroom. Rooms are a bit old fashion, bit 1960s and bathrooms could do with refit, original plastic moulded unit clear past sell by date. Note the the Manager, I realise you have some roadworks at the entrance but you must sort out a sign locating your hotel, there is no road sign at all and the only poor hand written spray painted sign you have is on the back of the entrance and only visible when you drive out the F1 Hotel next door. Get it sorted.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the shuttle service to the airport was extremely useful. The breakfast was also good. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service in the hotel restaurant that evening, as we had to wait an hour before they took our food order.

Conferrable stay but I have listed the following. The shuttle bus finished 30 minutes earlier than other hotels meaning I needed to pay for a taxi from the airport. I was unable to book onto the shuttle bus for my airport return as I could only book at the hotel on the day and there was no availability. The hotel arranged a taxi but the company charged an extra 20% than the first journey.

We just stayed overnight as we were meeting with friends to go skiing. The staff was extremely helpful in finding us a good restaurant (we specifically asked for Fondue since it was Valentine’s Day) it was perfect. Shuttle service & breakfast were a special bonus, both fabulous!

Great location and friendly staff. The deposit paid before the stay is canceled by the card the next morning after the stay, but the repayment of the amount paid is not confirmed. I'm anxious that it's not clear whether the deposit was definitely refunded.
