Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we are glad you appreciated the comfort of the bed, we are truly sorry that the rest of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment with the air conditioning, soundproofing, and the service at the bar and restaurant. Please rest assured that your comments have been shared with our team so we can make improvements. We would, however, kindly remind you that while feedback is always welcome and valuable, personal remarks such as “resign you’re no good at your job” are not constructive. Bonjour, Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience, aussi difficile soit-elle, et nous sommes sincèrement désolés de lire à quel point votre séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes — en particulier au regard de votre fidélité à la marque Novotel. Nous comprenons parfaitement votre frustration. L'emplacement de notre hôtel, situé en périphérie dans une zone d’activité, peut en effet surprendre ceux qui s’attendent à un cadre plus central ou touristique. Cela dit, nous aurions aimé que l’accueil et le confort compense cette première impression, et nous regrettons profondément que cela n’ait pas été le cas. Concernant la chambre et les espaces communs, nous sommes conscients que certains éléments mériteraient un rafraîchissement, et des projets d’amélioration sont à l’étude. Nous sommes également désolés pour les nuisances sonores rencontrées, tant dans les parties communes que dans votre chambre — cela n’aurait pas dû impacter la tranquillité de votre séjour. Votre ressenti sur la qualité du petit déjeuner, la salle de fitness, ainsi que l’accueil en réception est particulièrement regrettable.
