Every time I have been to Sophia-Antipolis I prefer to stay in this hotel as it is perfectly located for the business purpose of my trip. I regret that the rooms are not yet fully renovated (while the bedroom is - bathroom and separate toilet was not). Quality of dinner and breakfast was good, availability of some items for breakfast was not guaranteed though. Offering only one bottle of water for free for the entire stay (instead of e.g. per day) is rather weak. I also strongly suggest to offer at least a couple of international TV stations (broadcasting in English and/or in German). The existing 30 stations (why 30??) were exclusively in French. I also tried the online check-in 3x (2x via computer, 1x via phone and ALL app) - and did NOT succeed although even my credit card was pre-booked already. The information I had provided (e.g. that a preferred a pool-side room and also the company address for the receipt) were not received by the reception desk.

Good experience overall but seems that there is too few personnel in order to manage all . For Example no one in the Hotel is taking care of the tennis court that is degradated and full of dirty ( plant, flowers, ecc ecc) or on Saturday evening there was no one at the bar that was able to get the order and when the operator that was at the reception came to us she wasn't able to prepare us any cocktail... and she was very frustrated for this situation

Hotel and the desk crew was really nice. Bathroom cleaner should do more from him/herself, as the toilet was not washed out from cleaning chemicals as well as shower.

There was a horrible smell throughout the whole hotel when we arrived - apparently due to something being broken in the kitchen. Rooms have musty odour (had to keep window wide open the whole stay), and poorly cleaned (hair and spider woods indicating they didn’t hoover the carpets). Bath products were of bad quality, no slippers in the room, and the location of the hotel in general is not convenient if you are looking to go to Antibes.
