The check-in and check-out was very good. I liked the fact that they've a got a vending machine with utilities like teeth brush, bad cape,... The room was correct, the bathroom also. What I didn't like was the fact that in my minibar I've only received 1 bottle of water, nothing else. And second THE BREAKFAST. For a 4-star hotel I as sooo disappointed because there was not much choice (for exemple the drinks: coffee, water, orange juice that's it) normally other 4-star hotels do have wayyy more choice, and the breakfast room was so small I could have count the amount of tables.

Service was great - very friendly. I had a good meal in the restaurant which was really well cooked. The hotel is quiet, thanks to the location. The bed is comfortable. However the hotel itself is fairly old and the fittings are cheap, and it does not look like the rooms have been refurbished for a while.

I'm happy with your hotel but the rooms are way too warm! I can't sleep and even opening the windows does not help. Please do something about it. It reall makes an otherwise great stay very negative

I slept well, nice food and nice reception area & staff very minor complaints such as lay out of hotel with lifts in the middle and no sink in toilet area (have use toilet and go to the shower area). but every thing was good

It was good overall. It was a business trip but my family joined me. My wife and son spent a good amount time in the room and they enjoyed themselves.

I spent 3 nights in the hotel and did not sleep well any night. The bed had some sort of plastic sheet on top of the mattress and I woke up sweating every night.

There was nothing noteworthy about the stay. I want a cool, comfortable room. I did not get that. The room would not cool down and the bed/ bed lining was terribly uncomfortable.

Breakfast was lovely and a nice variety of different foods which also included fruit and yoghurts, nicely layed out rooms and lovely big showers in the bedroom, including a nice big television. Also more important was the comfortable beds with plenty of extra pillows etc. the bedrooms were quite warm and you would have needed to have a gentle bit of air conditioning coming into the room during the night in the summertime .

Fire alarm went off early morning. No one for the hotel staff was available to explain the situation and advise when it was safe to return to rooms.
