Worst experience ever

had a reservation at your hotel tonight and I had the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. First the receptionist was unpleasant (to say the least) to my colleague. He was waiting to be attended with his identity card and he started correcting his manners - saying that he needed to say what he wanted and that it could a present his Portuguese identity card. I was also waiting but he decided that I should be ignored. Finally he got my identity card and wouldn’t talk to me and finally said that our reservation had been transferred to a different hotel and that we could walk 15 mins with our suitcases. The taxi was at on our expense.

Great Parisian Hotel with a great variety of breakfast items and a restaurant where you can enjoy your dinner and watch the ongoing Euro tournament. Restaurant food variety is good as well. The rooms are good with comfortable beddings to relax after a tiring day in Paris, dubbed "The City of Lights".

Quick business trip in Paris. One night spent at this hotel. Modern facility, welcoming. Close to Expo area. Spacious and clean room, even though not well-equipped. Good breakfast. Gentle staff. Globally recommended, above all in case of event at Expo.

We are currently here- family of 4 and the city is great however I regret picking this hotel. We opted for something that was reasonably priced over luxury. However, even then this has not met ours standards. ROOM: The room itself if fine. Very limited space to hang clothes etc but it's expected. Beleive it or not, the rooms are baking hot even for February!!! To the point that all the chocolate the children bought melted over night. The fan in the room doesn't work. They state they have AC but these are switched off over the winter, which I know is standard across many hotels and countries. We have been sleeping with the windows open, which is fine. But then all night you can hear the noise as hotel is right on the main roads ie trams, parties etc. We asked for a free standing fan or an alternative, however they don't have any fans. We were given enough towels the first night and after been out all day exploring with children we have come back to find, half of our towels are dirty! BREAKFAST our son as a number of food allergies so we carry a lot items with us. However, nothing is labelled in tbe Breakfast buffet. We constantly had to ask what foods have egg, milk or nuts in them. And pretty much everything bar the fruit and cereal has those. No soya/oat milk but we took our own. Overall the variety is minimal however our daughter is happy as she gets to just have the pancake and Nutella! Pretty disappointed. Honestly just thought the standards would be better. We wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Did you call reception so that one of our technicians could check that the heating was at 0? If so, did you ask for a change of room so that you could enjoy your nights more? We are sorry about the lack of towels in the rooms and their state of cleanliness. This does not reflect the quality of our service and we will be tightening up our procedures in the future. Did you leave the do not disturb label? Make sure you remove it when you leave the room to ensure that the room is cleaned during your absence and that the towels are changed at the same time. Thank you for informing us of the lack of information regarding the breakfast label. Our teams are at your disposal to answer any questions you may have. We would like to assure you that your satisfaction is our priority and that we are determined to improve the quality of our services.
