I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; we would like to present you our sincere apologies. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Your room are supposed to be cleaned every day, except if you put the sign "do not disturb" or if there is an pet in the room. Concerning the breakfast, we are sorry that it did not suit you. Dear JOANNA J., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Hôtel Mercure Courchevel even if this one was disappointing. First, I would like to present my sinceres apologies, and we are taking into consideration your complain about the general cleaning of the hotel. Regarding the bar charges applied on your room, it could be a mistake from the restaurant department by entering the room number. Did you notice this to the receptionnist in charge of your file ?
