Used for the 2nd time as transit for a ski holiday. This hotel has great staff, serve excellent dinners and has a terrific little bar. Will use again when we are next travelling through

We stayed one night and found the hotel very satisfactory. The staff were friendly and helpful, both before we arrived and during our stay. The bedrooms are clean and the beds comfortable. We didn’t eat as we arrived too late, but our friends said the food was good. This is our second stay here and we will use the hotel next year for our ski stopover again.

Stayed here before so was aware of the location which for us was fine. It's a 20 minute walk into town, or there are busses nearby which the hotel can help you find out about. Room was fine, decent size with all you'd expect. The slight disappointment I have is with one members of the reception team in particular who was decidedly frosty and generally not on the positive scale. We also found it hard to believe that the restaurant was not open on a Saturday night which was somewhat disappointing. There was also a lot of building work going on, which is fine, but it did impinge on the car park and finding space in it. It was also quite a bit more expensive than it was five years ago, and arguably we could have had better value and more positivity elsewhere.
