I stay here often and many of the people know me and now greet me by name when I arrive - which is very nice. I've had odd "minor niggles" about the hotel, but overall it is always great. This time I stayed for 4 nights and had some Japanese colleagues arrive before me, but they were greeted well as the staff knew we were linked. I cannot stress how much this made them feel good - and I am proud that the hotel team behaved so well - both professional and friendly. Thank you -- and I will be back again within the net 2 weeks or so.

Sadly when you have driven 11 hours on a Saturday to find out that the Hôtel restaurant is closed with no alternatives it’s not a great experience, also we did t get a good night’s sleep as the air con doesn’t work

I visit this area very regularly on business and always stay at this hotel. So much so, that many of the staff now recognise me and greet me personally, without needing to refer to my name in the system - which is always a nice touch. Hotel is clean, efficient, friendly - no complaints as usual.

Used for the 2nd time as transit for a ski holiday. This hotel has great staff, serve excellent dinners and has a terrific little bar. Will use again when we are next travelling through

We stayed one night and found the hotel very satisfactory. The staff were friendly and helpful, both before we arrived and during our stay. The bedrooms are clean and the beds comfortable. We didn’t eat as we arrived too late, but our friends said the food was good. This is our second stay here and we will use the hotel next year for our ski stopover again.
