Why was I not upgraded during my last stay ?

As a member of ALL Elite Gold or Platinum status, an upgrade to a superior category room is offered by the hotel:

  • On your arrival, if this room category exists and subject to availability.
  • The upgrade cannot be reserved and is not guaranteed the hotel reserves the right to rent the superior category rooms on the same day of your arrival.
