Status and Benefits

What are the terms and conditions for enjoying the benefits of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless programme?

As a member of the free ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme, you can access 4 statuses, which are allocated according to the number of nights spent or the number of Status points earned over a calendar year (from January to December):

Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum.

Each status enables the ALL loyalty programme member to enjoy exclusive benefits in the Accor hotels participating to the programme* :

  • Select the status to view your exclusive benefits and then click on a benefit for more information. Some benefits are subject to availability and may vary depending on the brand.

Programme benefits are reserved strictly for the member whose last and first name appear on the ALL loyalty card. They are granted to the member based on his status on the date of arrival at the hotel and on the room he occupies. The reservation must be made in the last and first name of the card holder and the member must stay in the hotel to enjoy the benefit. The member will receive his exclusive benefits once his stay is eligible to earn points.

To make sure of earning Status and Rewards points and benefits of their status, the member must:

  1. Reserve his stays directly via:
    • The all.accor.com website or the websites of our brands (Raffles, SLS, Orient Express, Banyan Tree, Sofitel, Delano, The House of Originals, Rixos, Fairmont, Mantis, Pullman, Mövenpick, MGallery, Swissôtel, Grand Mercure, Angsana, Peppers, Art Series, 25hours, the Sebel, TMondrian, Cassia, Hyde, Mantra, Novotel (Hotels & Suites), Mercure, Adagio, Mama Shelter, Tribe, Breakfree, ibis, Adagio Access, ibis Styles, Greet, Thalassa sea & spa).
    • The Accor central reservation office
    • At the reception desk of our Accor hotels participating in the loyalty programme
    • Traditional travel agencies whose booking systems are automatically connected to the Accor booking office, regardless of the payment method (excluding online agencies such as Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expédia , CTrip, Agoda.com, lastminute.com, etc.).
  2. Choose a public room rate to earn Status and Rewards points and a hotel within the Accor group participating in the loyalty programme
  3. Present his card at the reception desk on arrival and stay in the reserved hotel

The Status and Rewards points earned for his stay will be credited to his ALL account within 7 days of check-out from the hotel. If this period has passed and the points have not appeared on his ALL account, the member has 6 months to make a claim by clicking here.

* Corporate rates are subject to a contract that permits points to be earned whatever the booking channel.
