Do I have to present my ALL - Accor Live Limitless card for each stay ?
Yes, to earn Status and Rewards points for each eligible stay in a participating hotel:
- State your card number when making a reservation
- Present your card at the hotel reception desk on your arrival
Once you have checked out, your Status and Rewards points are credited within 7 days following your check-out from the hotel, based on your invoice amount excluding taxes.
To view your Status and Rewards points balances :
- Access your « Account » from the all.accor.com website
- Enter your email address or your ALL card number as well as your password
- Click on the « MY LOYALTY AREA AND MEMBERSHIP » section and then on « My loyalty card »
- Find the details of your transactions in « My points history »
