I no longer wish to be a member, how do I terminate my membership?

You can, at any time, terminate your ALL - Accor Live Limitless account:

  1. Go to « Your Support space » on all.accor.com
  2. Click at the top right on « Log in » and enter your email address or your ALL card number and your password to log in
  3. Select the topic for your request « ALL »
  4. Select the reason « Other reason »
  5. In « Comments » and specify if you wish, the reason for your termination
  6. Click on « Send your request » to finalise your request

Membership termination leads to the deletion of all points earned up to the day of termination.
