Your points are credited to your ALL - Accor Live Limitless account within a maximum of seven days for eligible stays at participating hotels. When you complete an order on Limitless Experiences or Collections, your points will be credited to your account within 60 days. And when you complete a transaction or any other service with one of our partners, your points will be credited to your account within 6 weeks.
After that time, if your points have not been credited:
You have up to 6 months from the date of your stay, transaction or purchase to claim missing points.
